The Mushroom Dumpling
Marja Samsom offers a step-by-step explanation of her process for making mushroom dumplings while she cooks them live, for you, in the Clocktower Gallery kitchen. Along the way she'll treat you to telling anecdotes about the history of the dumpling and discuss her lifelong obsession with them. This was Marja's first show for ARTonAIR.org, and so it was declared: a culinary force to be reckoned with has just hit the airwaves (11 minutes).
