French accordionist, singer and composer Nicole Renaud joins the Clocktower's resident chef, Marja Samson, in the studio during White Asparagus Season. Singing traditional songs and poetry together while cooking, classic French & Dutch flavors are infused in a delicious dish. Voila: Asparagus a l'Hollandaise
