RECIPE
Start w browning 2 diced shallots in a lil oil
Add 1 deboned chopped duck leg confit
Keep stirring over medium heat 'till it looks "shredded"
Add 10 pitted Bing Cherries & turn off fire:
Season with salt or for more interesting flavor
teaspoon of miso..
Your filling is done and ready to be
folded into Duck & Bing Cherry Dumplings...
