Merche Blasco is an interdisciplinary artist and composer engineering participatory performances through electroacoustic intervention and instrument building. Her work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Wired Magazine.
She has presented her performances and installations at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Santiago de Chile, The High Line, New York, the Sonar Festival, Spain, the Queens Museum of Art, New York , the Mapping Festival, Geneva, NIME Conferences, La MaMa, Sonic Art Circuits, Washington, Harvestworks, New York, and more.
Blasco currently lives and works in New York, NY.
