Tracey Emin, What She Did For Love

Host Will Corwin and artist Tracey Emin talk about love. Sitting in the back office of Lehmann Maupin in New York City they discuss what it means to fall in love again after you've been through it all, God, getting older, and making art that really speaks. Emin has a show in May 2013 at Lehmann Maupin and will have her first solo museum exhibition in the U.S. at the Miami MoCA in December 2013.

Also, each night of February 2013, at the stroke of 11:57 in New York, Tracey Emin will present What She Did For Love: Tracey Emin Hearts Times Square. On more than 40 screens in Times Square, large and small, for a span of three minutes, six messages of love will spell themselves out, digitally animated to appear as if being written by a giant unseen hand. Emin herself will appear Feb. 13 at 11.57pm at the site of the Max Neuhaus sound installation. These public art minutes are a project of Times Square Alliance and is curated by Times Square Arts.
