The Martinez Brothers

On July 21, 2007, the independent house music label Objektivity hosted a day of Warm Up, PS1 Contemporary Art Center's outdoor summer music series and brought the youthful Martinez Brothers to the museum's courtyard for another wild dance party. Often referred to as TMB, Chris and Steve Martinez mix American house music with the heavy, bouncing beats of European techno. The duo have brought their energetic sound to New York, Miami, Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Lisbon and Perugia, among other locales, all at the ages of 18 and 21.
