ARTonAIR's own BLURRINGradio DJ/host DB Burkeman has been working on the history of the sticker and sticker art which culminated in the 2010 book release of Stickers, From Punk Rock to Contemporary Art (Written by DB Burkeman and Monica LoCascio, contribution by Shepard Fairey and Carlo McCormick, published by Rizzoli).
DB and host Jeannie Hopper discuss the inspiration for the book from his early days in the Punk Rock scene, the Andy Warhol banana sticker for Velvet Underground, and Shepard Fairey's Andre the Giant saturation campaign and his historic Obama campaign stickers.

It's a 90-minute mixtape-style show that is as musically open-minded as the musical landscape is wide.
