Songs for the Rapture

Harold Camping, the leader of an Oakland, California based independent Christian ministry called Family Radio Worldwide predicted that May 21, 2011 would mark the second coming of Christ. The Mayans thought 2012 would mark "End Times." But, so far so good. All you're getting out of it from me is this mixture.

With tracks by Daniel Higgs, XTC, John Martyn, Joshua Stamper, The Havels (aka Irena Havlová & Vojtech Havel), Tim Hecker, Liturgy, Richard Youngs, Stevie Wonder, Bill Callahan, Texas Gladden, Roedelius, Funeral Home Photographer, Bon Iver, others.

Teenage Kicks

Teenage Kicks is hosted by Alec Hanley Bemis, co-founder of New York's Brassland label and a producer who conceives and manages creative projects that make a global impact. Each episode is about an hour long. The musical themes may be clearer to him than they are to you but the selections will inevitably be intense and deeply felt.
