Roz Chast

This was momentous! The only thing Will has ever liked about the New Yorker is the cartoons, and the only cartoons he really, really likes are those of Roz Chast. There's a bit of hero worship happening here as Roz comes to the studio and tells her story. Roz got into cartooning, in part, because it was a quiet and inexpensive hobby that didn't bug her parents too much. Even better than this tid-bit is the fact that her father always carried a cartoon in his wallet, NOT by Roz, and NOT from the New Yorker, of a man lying on his shrinks couch, saying "I just don't understand the cartoons in the New Yorker." It was like being in a Roz Chast cartoon! (29 minutes)
