Project Anywhere

How does art operate at the outmost limits of location specificity? Host Bridget Hickey sits down with artist Sean Lowry to discuss Project Anywhere, an alternative global exhibition model dedicated to evaluating and disseminating art that is undertaken outside of academic or commercial contexts. They are joined by fellow Australian artist Claire kroužecký, who discusses her collaborative work Nuclei.

This conversation took place shortly after the first Project Anywhere conference in November 2014, hosted by Parsons The New School for Design, New York. The conference was co-organized by Sean Lowry (The University of Newcastle, founder of Project Anywhere) and Simone Douglas (Parsons Fine Arts, School of Art, Media and Technology, Parsons The New School for Design).
