Penny Arcade

Penny Arcade takes on the establishment--art, academic and otherwise--, schools Will on why no one under 30 (or possibly 39) can be cool and discusses the disaster that is the professionalization of art school. To Will, at least, she makes a lot of sense. In between, she tells a little about her own story and the wonderful bohemian world she discovered upon her arrival in New York in the 60's. The secret to creating this perhaps apocryphal Utopia? A 2:1 ratio of art lovers to artists. And take a listen to two amazing monologues, including the classic "No Mona Lisa" and "Take it on Myself" (47 minutes).
