Paul Laster, Editor and Critic
Time Out New York and White Hot Magazine of Contemporary Art writer Paul Laster drops in on the July 2014 Pioneer Works Second Sundays and sits down in the Clocktower studios to discuss current events. First off, he discusses the Christopher Williams exhibition at MoMA, "The Production Line of Happiness" (through November 2, 2014). What's the story there? Laster gives us his unique take on the underlying themes of the exhibition. He had also just returned from the opening of the Shigeru Ban-designed Aspen Art Museum, and explains why this museum will be a unique venue for contemporary artists and curators. Being one of the foremost authorities on art on the Net, as the editor of ArtKrush and Artspace, Laster delivers his verdict on how the Internet has affected the art world.
