An artist who does it all – writes, directs, performs – in various media including stage and film, Miranda July is also someone who polarizes. The Future, her first film since her award winning debut You and Me and Everyone We Know six years ago, chronicles a relationship, a talking cat named Paw Paw and the ability to, literally, stop time.
