Host Stephen Schaefer speaks with Italy's Matteo Garone, who scored internationally with his eye-opening docu-style probe of Naples' Mafiosi in 2008's Gomorrah, about his reality TV satire, the aptly named Reality. Both films won him the Grand Jury Prize for Best Director at the Cannes Film Festival.
