Marina Rosenfeld & Mats Lindström

Recorded live in December 2013 at ISSUE Project Room, experimental turntablist Marina Rosenfeld and electronic composer Mats Lindström. This first-ever collaboration was part of ISSUE's third-annual Swedish Energies festival.

Mats Lindström is the studio director of Elektronmusikstudion (EMS) in Stockholm since 2004. He is a composer, musician and technician working with raw electronic music, sometimes created on self-designed instruments, and often with a strong visual presence— this performance featured sound-activated fluorescent lights. Marina Rosenfeld is freely travelling the domains of visual art, installations and music, working with large scale performances and as an experimental turntablist. Rosenfeld lives and works in New York City.
