Kristopher Belman, More Than A Game

A college film course assignment to make a short film spurred
Kristopher Belman into his five-year journey documenting an Akron,
Ohio all-star high school basketball team’s Fab Five, led by superstar
LeBron James. Belman gained access and the trust of the team and uses
news clips and original interviews. More Than A Game is not so much a
celebration or portrait of James as a portrait of a close-knit group,
four of whom have been friends since they were 10-years-olds
playing together on a linoleum-floored inner city basketball court (25 minutes).
