Karl Urban, Dredd

Karl Urban, the New Zealander best known for crossing swords as Eomer in "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy and Matt Damon's opponent Kirill in "The Bourne Surpremacy," slips into the helmet of Judge Dredd, the futuristic law enforcer from 2012's Dredd. Starring in this 3D reboot of the 1970s British comic series, Urban comes clean about playing a role where he's never seen (what with that face-covering helmet), finding humor in the midst of mayhem, filming in 3D and why he still calls NZ home.
