Jeremy Bloom, O

Collective Playmaker Jeremy Bloom, of the collaborative theater-making partnership Rady & Bloom (with Brian Rady), describes to Pete McCabe the process of creating O, a theater piece replete with music, puppetry and painting that draws inspiration from the ocean, Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, and the work of Jacques Cousteau. He explains his multi-dimensional, ever changing artistic process; he's not surprised people fall in love when working with the duo, and why his life long fantasy is to create a theater out of milk, but will settle for the puppet version for now, in an upcoming workshop of piece being presented at the HERE Arts Center in NYC March 5-6, 2016.
