Jazzy Jay
Charlie Ahearn with the great Jazzy Jay, one of Afrika Bambaataa's early Zulu Nation Djs. (He worked on Bam's hit "Planet Rock.") He was a founder, with Rick Rubin, of Def Jam Records, and has also worked with LL Cool Jay, the Beastie Boys and Public Enemy. Jazzy Jay was featured in the movie Scratch and continues to produce and DJ actively today.
