Jane Weinstock, The Moment

As director, co-writer and producer of The Moment Jane Weinstock explores the psychological stress of a battle weary wartime photographer (Jennifer Jason Leigh) who, after a lifetime of neglecting her only child (Alia Shawkat), has possibly murdered her writer lover (Martin Henderson). 

Marianne Jean-Baptiste costars as the therapist in Weinstock’s second feature entry, her first in a decade since her 2003 critically acclaimed debut, Easy.
