Harmony Korine, Mister Lonely

At the 60th Cannes Film Festival. Harmony Korine, the boy wonder who wrote Kids at 22 and wrote and directed Gummo and Julian Donkey-Boy, is back after a reported two stints in rehab and time with a Peruvian cult seeking a mysterious but valuable golden scaled fish. Mister Lonely stars Diego Luna as a Michael Jackson impersonator in Paris who meets and follows Samantha Morton's Marilyn Monroe impersonator to the Scottish Highlands to live in a castle filled with celeb impersonators. Oh yes, there is also Werner Herzog as a priest in the jungle and a host of flying nuns (we're not kidding). Korine ponders the changes in his life and why he made Mister Lonely.
