Eve Sussman

Will ventures out into the wilds of south Williamsburg to interview Eve, on location at her studio which has spectacular views. Here she tells the story of organizing, shooting and funding 89 Seconds at Alcázar, the hit piece at the 2004 Whitney Biennial, and her subsequent work, Rape of the Sabine Women, both produced by her venerable Rufus Corporation. Coolest of all, she describes White on White, her newest project. It's a potentially endless movie based loosely on the Soviet space program, which involves a perfect reproduction of the office of Yuri Gargarin, down to the letters on his desk (40 minutes).
