Dub Roots Tribal Dance Mix

The universal, all encompassing afro beat to dub stylin' threads through this international mix of talents. The set kicks off with Desmond Dekker reworked by DJ Cosmo of "Classic Album Sundays" and "Bitches Brew" records; New York by way of South Africa, Brendon Moeller (aka Beat Pharmacy's) "Truck" both fire up the set on a dub tip building to a crate keeper favorite of party DJ's worldwide the "Bob Marley and the Wailers: Roots, Rock, Reggae Remixed" collection.

Then the flow heads to Peruvian roots/electronic fusion group Novalima where their entire album "Karima Diabolic" was remixed including the catchy "Mamaye" remixed by Seiji.

Next up a Swiss collaboration featuring Jaba, leader of the reggae funk Swiss group Moonraiser, on "Rise Up" reworked by Yves La Rock, rocketing him into the international spotlight as a sought after producer and DJ. Enjoy the very Eddie Grant influenced "Dance In Our Time" by Victor Simonelli featuring the signature vocals of Keith Thompson known and loved from the Bronx to Beirut as of late and universally for his all time classic "Break For Love."

We journey to Nigeria with the multi-talented Wunmi and a little mega mix of "Bo Bo" and Fanaticals" and back across the Atlantic to Haiti with Jephte Guillaume's luscious "Revelution"; Groove Assasin's "Trinidad" fuses house with the signature Trinidadian steal drums. Then, a timeless inspirational tune "Change the World" from Dennis Ferrer's monumental album "The World As I See It." Enjoy a taste of Haiti's Karnaval 2013 hit "Puit Puit" featuring TiPaul and to close, one of the 2010 World Cup anthems featuring an incredible combo of Senegalese singer Baaba Maal with Brazilian Girls' singer Sabina Sciubba.
