DB38: Echo, Reverb & Delay
About this show DB writes:
Thank you all so much for the great feedback I got on the last show, My Wife Wini even likes that one! So, being a sucker for compliments, it was a no brainer just to do a similar style thing.
This one also a bizarre mix, ranging from cult classics, to modern pop, to obscure weirdies. With the connecting theme being they all drenched in either echo, delay, or reverb...and actually some have all effects going at once. Please write in with any comments or requests to INFO@DJDB.com.
Featuring tracks by Young Fathers, Jamie XX's edit of the band's own song, Tricky, a remix of Until The Ribbon Breaks, The Goldberg Sisters, Nicolas Jar in the guise of DarkSide remixing Daft Punk, Bowie, Zomby, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, a new single from Sampha, The National, a cult classic by Bent, Melody's Echo Chamber, Chromatics Tick Of The Clock, Besnard Lakes, Spectra Souls DNB mix of Pedestrian, Primal Scream, Bot'ox and Low.

As a kid in London, DB used to fall asleep at night with a transistor radio hidden under his pillow. He has been addicted to hearing new music ever since. Here, he brings that music to you.
This is not a music show that's restricted to a particular genre, or even a specific decade, although it has an emphasis on indie rock with electronic elements or electronic music that's not simply for the dance floor. It's a 90-minute mixtape-style show that is as musically open-minded as the musical landscape is wide.
