DB37: Dub, Reverb & Delay

A bizarre mix, ranging from cult classics, to modern pop, to obscure weirdies. The connecting theme is that they all have an over abundance of either reverb, delay, or dub... and that's real dub, nothing whatsoever to do with what America calls "dubstep". So sit back & chill. And please write in with any comments or requests to INFO@DJDB.com.

This program features tracks by The Asphodells, Breakage's mix of Massive Attack, The Veils, French artist Andrea, Owl Eyes, The Clash, Chrome Sparks, Merchandise, Caveman, the instrumental of Jakwob's Blinding, Bondax, Sly & Robbie, Burning Spear, Alice Russell, Desert Stars, Brian Irving, Jim James, and more.

RADIO SERIES

As a kid in London, DB used to fall asleep at night with a transistor radio hidden under his pillow. He has been addicted to hearing new music ever since. Here, he brings that music to you.

This is not a music show that's restricted to a particular genre, or even a specific decade, although it has an emphasis on indie rock with electronic elements or electronic music that's not simply for the dance floor. It's a 90-minute mixtape-style show that is as musically open-minded as the musical landscape is wide.
