DB18
Welcome to show number 18 of the super eclectic BLURRINGradio mix tape series and a very nice mix of current and past modern music faves it is.
We have Sebastian from France, someone new to me called The Shivers, a very bluesy sounding nu tone, The Midnight Juggernauts, Heaven 17 from 1983, and the tweaked out Glitch Mob remix of the White Stripes, Mixylodian, Warm Ghost, Scattered Trees with the awesomely morbid title of A Conversation About Death on New Years Eve. Also New Order, Junior Boys remix of Caribou, Dead Meadow, the epic song Russia from Ramona Falls, Therapies Son, Jonathan Boulet, The Phantom Band, and The Andrew Oldham Orchestra (which in case you didn't know is where the Verve nicked the sample from).
Please write in with any requests or questions to INFO@DJDB.com.

RADIO SERIES
As a kid in London, DB used to fall asleep at night with a transistor radio hidden under his pillow. He has been addicted to hearing new music ever since. Here, he brings that music to you.
This is not a music show that's restricted to a particular genre, or even a specific decade, although it has an emphasis on indie rock with electronic elements or electronic music that's not simply for the dance floor. It's a 90-minute mixtape-style show that is as musically open-minded as the musical landscape is wide.
