Chuck Close in Rome
A June 2011 interview with the artist while he was working in Rome. Salvioni gets the great portrait artist to talk about his choice of subjects including a longstanding series of self portraits, his colors, his disabilities and their influence on his work, the pleasure of pushing paint, and how it affects him to work in different towns, countries, and studios.
