Anne Morra, A View from the Vaults: Warner Bros. Today

Associate film curator Anne Morra discusses the spectacular summer retrospective from the Museum of Modern Art's signature collection that runs from July 9 through Aug. 14, 2013 A View from the Vaults: Warner Bros. Today. These 35 mm prints, all part of the permanent collection, are all in 2-D and represent the complete Harry Potter series of 8 films, the complete Matrix Trilogy as well as Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy and Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy alongside rarities like Peter Weir's underrated 1993 Fearless, Zack Snyder's impressive comic book adaptation, the 2009 Watchmen and Ben Affleck's awesome Boston-set gangster drama, 2010's The Town.
