Alexander Fehling, Labyrinth of Lies
German actor Alexander Fehling first made his international mark with a key role in Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Basterds and now stars in the slightly fictionalized Labyrinth of Lies. He stars as the first German prosecutor to hold ex-Nazis, whose postwar lives saw them become upstanding German citizens, accountable for their WWII atrocities and crimes against humanity. The film’s release coincides with Fehling’s recurring role as Claire Danes’ lawyer lover in the current new season of Homeland which films in his native Berlin.
