Living Live, A Radio Exhibition

RADIO SERIES
A 6-part radio series designed to accompany the summer 2014 exhibition by the artist Peter Coffin entitled Living, on view at Red Bull Studios New York. The series underscores themes of the exhibit--such as psychedelia and film soundtracks--and includes a strong radio culture component which is a passion of the artist.

Conceived and curated by Coffin, Clocktower Director Alanna Heiss, and the Clocktower Radio crew, the series aired live from Red Bull Studios throughout the summer of 2014 as the space was transformed into a broadcast and viewing party.

About the exhibition:

Red Bull Studios New York presents a solo exhibition by American artist Peter Coffin, LIVING. Comprising several large-scale works commissioned for the occasion of the exhibition, this new articulation of Coffin’s longstanding interest in the relationship between the life of the object and the approach of the viewer, will also operate as recording studio for the production of the third volume of his Music for Plants album series, and a broadcast center for a summer long radio series hosted by Clocktower Radio.

Red Bull Studios New York is a multi-disciplinary project space located in the heart of Chelsea.
