Nathan W. McKee

On June 14th, 2011 the Clocktower Gallery and ARTonAIR.org presented an evening with electroacoustic composer Nathan W. McKee.

Dreamy and pop inspired, McKee's work is also deceptively complex. Using only his voice, guitar, a small mixing board, and a loop pedal, McKee is able to create richly textured compositions that are both contemplative and catchy. In his Clocktower performance, McKee built one of his original compositions from the ground up, allowing audience members to see first hand how his unique sound is constructed.
