From April 2-12, 2013 Carly Ptak welcomes visitors to her Idea Machine consisting of a copper Faraday cage; an enclosure that blocks electromagnetic waves including cell phones, Wifi, TV, and radio signals. Lighting, holograms and crystals complete the circuit enabling the visitor to co-generate an Idea with the artist.

Free and open to the public. Seating is limited, 108 Leonard Street, 13th Floor. Bring a photo ID. Confirmed RSVP required to events@artonair.org. No admittance after 7pm.
