Peach Salad

Magic peaches grown on a once empty lot, whole basil leaves, spinach, and thinly cut fennel all combine to produce a nice refreshing flavor. After listening to Marja's lip-smacking, you'll want to make your own trip to the Children's Magical Garden to get some magic peaches. But maybe don't use the pole-pouch-over-the-fence peach grabbing method Marja mentions. It's probably illegal.


2 Peaches

1/4 Pound of Spinach

10 Fresh whole basil leaves

1/4 Bulb of Fennel

Balsamic reduction

Olive oil

Salt flakes
