Meringue Diplomacy: Terri Hanlon & David Behrman

The experimental video documentary Meringue Diplomacy tells the story of Antonin Carême, the eccentric and innovative chef, food sculptor, and founder of French grande cuisine, who lived from 1783-1833. The soundtrack features music by David Behrman, Jacques Bekaert, Barbara Held, John King with the ETHEL String Quartet, Laetitia Sonami, Maria Ludovici and Jon Gibson. The cast features Eric Barsness, Jacques Bekaert, Carol Clements, Laetitia Sonami, and Joe Hannan.
