Lee Lee’s Home-Gardens

Lee Lee, Rossi Jacques Casimir ak Jean Claude Saintilus te vin jwin neg Radyo Shak yo pou yon diskisyon bilang sou kestyon pwoje jadinaj k Lee Lee te fe pou Geto Byenal 2015 lan. Sa se yon pwoje vreman kolaboratif. Andan pwoje sa-a moun yo te konstwi twa jaden nan twa lakou nan zon la Gran Ri. Pwoblem dlo avek kalite late, posibilite pou jadin yo ka swiv epi pwoblem espas en jeneral, tout bagay sa yo te kek difikilte k pwoje sa-a te bezwn rezoud. Pale sa-a te nan angle ak kreyol. Lee Lee, Rossi Jacques Casimir, and Jean Claude Saintilus join the Radyo Shak staff for a multi-lingual discussion of Lee Lee’s permaculture home-gardens project for the 2015 Ghetto Biennale, a truly collaborative undertaking in which three gardens were built in various yards in the Grand Rue neighborhood. The fertility of the soil and reliable access to water, sustainability, and the general lack of open unbuilt space are only a few of the difficulties this prize-winning project confronted. Although some of this conversation takes place in kreyol, most of the larger ideas are translated within the context of the discussion.
