Danielle Abrams

Anyone know what a quadroon is? And here's the super-stumper--anyone know what a griffon is? We're not talking about the mythical beast here. Performance artist Danielle Abrams has one hell of a background, and she's created a character for just about every ethnicity and romantic inclination. From Butch in the kitchen to Uncle Bob teaching dance lessons in the Catskills to Dee from Astoria who just wants a nice Greek boy. Danielle talks about the various aspects of inhabiting the minds of other people, and just what exactly the difference is between acting and performance art. Also: laundry hints for cleaning your tux after bathing in Borscht (41 minutes).
