Chocolate Cherries

Mr. Bing's cherries are made extra special when dipped in chocolate and toasted quinoa. Marja takes you through the process step by step in another segment of mouth-watering radio.

Over very low flame in cast iron pan
"toast" a couple of spoons of quinoa.
Let cool.
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Dip each cherry in chocolate & dip in quinoa
place on metal sheet, or plate
to cool off in fridge.
